    Finned Tube Coils

Cancoil is a North American producer of finned tube coils for the original equipment and replacement markets. Using computer aided design and state of the art production technology, we manufacture UL/CSA Listed coils that measure up to the most demanding quality and performance standards.

Applications include direct expansion evaporators, “A” coils, and condensers for refrigeration systems, water and glycol heating and cooling coils, low temperature coils with defrost heater slots, flue gas heat recovery with stainless steel tubes, fluid cooling, compressed air after-cooling and more. We even manufacture coils without any fins at all!. Computer coil ratings are available for virtually any tube-side fluid.

Manufacturing Capabilities
Cancoil manufactures finned tube heat exchangers with 5/16”, 3/8”, 1/2” and 5/8” diameter copper tubing. Tubes are fabricated from seamless copper with either smooth or internally enhanced surfaces. Heavy wall construction is available. Stainless steel and Cupronickel tubes are also available, contact our Sales Department for more details.Fins are fabricated from aluminum or copper and are mechanically expanded onto the tubes. Cancoil offers a variety of surfaces to improve the heat transfer including sine wave, lanced and flat fin geometries. Pre-coated fin material is available to further increase protection against mild corrosion. Protective dip and baked coatings are also available through several third party suppliers.

Tubesheets may be fabricated with fully extruded tube support collars or standard pierced holes. Tubesheet and coil casing materials include aluminum, brass, copper, galvanized and stainless steel.
